Only Serial.sys appears as having a problem in Device Manager.

I did an analysis on the minidumps and all three have come back with this: Microsoft (R. Did not load driver SystemRootSystem32DriversEFS.SYS Did not load driver SystemRootSystem32DriversNDProxy.SYS this one reported as loading a couple. Empfohlene Lösung: Delay on boot - NDProxy.sys & Srv.sys - Did not load driver. I'm reasonably PC literate and I am confident it's not a virus. I'm not having any problems with my system but when checking a bootup log I noticed the following drivers are not loading:ĭid not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\NDProxy.SYSĭid not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\lbrtfdc.SYSĭid not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\Sfloppy.SYSĭid not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\i2omgmt.SYSĭid not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\Changer.SYSĭid not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\Cdaudio.SYSĭid not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\PCIDump.SYSĭid not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\DRIVERS\rdbss.sysĭid not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\DRIVERS\mrxsmb.sysĭid not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\Serial.SYSĭid not load driver \?\C:\Program Files\Norton Internet Security\Norton AntiVirus\SAVRTPEL.SYS If the device is plug-n-play, re-attaching the device would reload the driver - which may actually cure the problem (if the problem is a faulty driver install). UNLESS SPECIFICALLY INSTRUCTED, DO NOT POST THIS LOG.
